I have been fortunate enough to be asked to help participate in the specification and launch of a new paid Social Network Site :)

• Referral Commission
  • $5 when referral upgrades (to Gold or Silver) for the 1st time.
  • $3 per month (inc. 1st month) they stay upgraded
   
• Downline Commission

  • $1 per month on all upgraded members in member's downline levels 1 to 5
  • $0.50 per month on all upgraded members in member's downline levels 6 to to 9
   
• Activity Bonuses
  • Share of activity bonus pool, based on own activities
  • Share of downline activity bonus pool based on activities of Free members in member's downline levels 1 to 9 of downline

• 4 x 9 matrix pay plan
• Free members earn fast start bonus plus reduced referral and downline commissions, which may be used to upgrade only. They will have to meet minimum activity levels to receive these.
• 80% of Gold members’ fees will paid out as commissions and bonuses.
• 66% of Silver member's fees will be paid out as commission
• 50% of the contribution from advertising revenues will be paid into the activity bonus pool
• Activity bonuses will not require votes from other members they will be totally within the members’ own control. These will only be paid to Gold members.
• Three levels of membership
  • Top Level - Monthly fee $25 (VAT will be chargeable to UK residents and some EU residents).
  • Intermediate Level - Monthly fee $15 (VAT will be chargeable to UK residents and some EU residents).
  • Free
  • Features available to Intermediate and Free members to be be decided. Intermediate level membership may not be available until phase 2.
